For quality control of Consumer Electronics, inspector will carry out inspection based on AQL according to the inspection checklist, made out by DPH, included customer’s special requirements and approval samples, but also international regulations, safety standards, and our inspector’s extensive industry know-how.

It also needs to check the accessories and packaging, included battery, instruction manual, warning messages, labeling and so on.

Below main tests are to be performed during inspection: Workmanship check, Actual function performance, Voltage check, Working current check, Hi-pot test, Power consumption test, Noise level check,Frequency compatibility check, Remote control distance check, Power cord pull test, Safety check, Abuse test, Impact test, Wobbly base check, Stability check,Capacity check, Loading test, tape test on logo and Unit drop test.
